Please click here to Upgrade your account for access."

This message is incorrect as the person is banned, it doesnt mean someone needs to upgrade to see them. But if I change it then the pages where people DO need to upgrade will change to.

so is it possible to change this error message when someone is trying to look at a banned profile only?
