My header width is 90px, but some banners run 150px wide so I cant use them because then the nav bar will go over the banners.

How can I have the header width go wider to accomidate the 150px banners, then back smaller to accomidate the 90px banners?
so everytime the page refreshes the width changes depending on the banner width
