5. I can't see it on your demo. You have a text box "Place" there, but it's totally useless, because people can type anything, e.g., the same thing like state can be: "Washington", "washington", "WA", "wa" etc. Only logically organized location of events like search of ZIP range or chained drop-down boxes Country -> State -> City make sense there.
