I decided to try on vldPersonal, but when I go to purchase page they bring me to 2checkout.com. I thought I can use paypal to pay since I've seen the paypal logo on the purchase' page. So, where should I pay using paypal?
Contact Helpdesk after ordering 2checkout.com tell them the Transaction ID, then you will receive paypal details.
Actually I've contacted the helpdesk and asking some query about vldpersonals since two days ago but they haven't reply my query. I guess they are not active on weekend. Then, I though I will just give vld a try and purchase them without waiting their answer but seems I couldn't do it either since if I want to use paypal, I have to wait for the helpdesk too. Seems I got no choice but have to wait patiently for them to reply, maybe it because it's still early in US. oh, vld is based on US, is it?
We're based in Canada and work Monday to Friday. If you submitted your ticket on a weekend or holiday, you may have to wait until the next business day.
