Topic: Response Time in Forum - to Vlad

Vlad, hi.  I posted a question in the tcch forum re a feature I can't get to work and I haven't had a response from you or anyone else in many days.  Did I break a rule?  Did I piss anyone off?  Or is it just cause you think I'm too dumb?

Thanks.  I would really appreciate an answer.

I hope you are well.  I think highly of VLD.

Submit a support ticket. The forums are mainly answered by other users and may not be able to solve your problem.

Re: Response Time in Forum - to Vlad

Just for your info. I read your post, mbn, and I really didn't understand the problem. It may need better clarification but not sure. It wasn't that people don't want to help, but I think your problem was not easy to understand for the average user to know the answer. As dragon said, maybe a help ticket is the way to go.

Re: Response Time in Forum - to Vlad

But the tech forum is for tech questions and this is a tech question and I don't see a qualitative difference between this question and other questions on the forum.  You could say "support ticket" for anything, and you're right, yes, but programmers are in residence at the tech forum.

Thanks for the help regardless.

Re: Response Time in Forum - to Vlad

I put together a list of changes I want on my website. I worked with Ramil (vld staff) back and forth, and came to an understanding and price. I paid the agreed upon price early July 7th, and since then I have heard from no one. What goes? I have requested a responce every single day, but still,.... no response at all. Any suggestions? My changes are now urgent. Help! What should I do?
Jack

Thanks for all your help

I sent Ramil a memo to look into your ticket.
