Topic: help customizing my script..

i am having a hard time contact the provider of vld script with weeks of no response....
i got a few questions
1. can the script be customized by php by anther company
all customization are php based its seem some php file are not accessible..
someone please help

there are like 5 files wich are encoded fir licensing purpose
but the rest of the files can be easily customized smile
i do my own changes on the site
its easy to work with if you know some coding
