Have a look in '/templates/template_name/media/' for all the CSS files

There is one there called homepage.css, which I think might be good for changing the homepage's colour/image/scheme
There are also site.css & sidebar.css

If you load a file in Dreanweaver, and set the directory correctly, it should load the appropriate css files and display them for you.
