I just had to come here and post my response to the Software and Service that I recently received. Before I bought the VLD Personals software I was very much like you, I needed lots of questions answered to see if the software was exactly what I needed.

I was not prepared for the very fast response to all my questions, some were immediate and others an hour or two later, in the past i have waited days for a response from some Companies.

So, I asked heaps of questions and got all the STRAIGHT answers, this is definately a BS Free zone. Next I needed help with the installation, once again Vlad and his Team were amazing because at one point I was messing about with the script(when I should have left well alone) and messed it all up,thankfully Vlad was calm, concise and very professional and had me up and running 10 minutes later.

So, all I can say is, if you are looking for a personals software with a fantastic Company that delivers A1 support then this is the place to come. Thanks again Vlad!
