Hello, in the last few weeks I've found that getting new female members from foreign countries isn't too hard and not too expensive... but, getting men from America and Canada is not so easy. I'm thinking that perhaps I should be advertising in newsletters and newspapers instead. Do any of you have any other suggestions for marketing to north American males?
Speaking as a North American male (Canada), I don't read news papers very often. I do 90% of my news reading online. I also hit the spam button in gmail when I see newsletters too. Newspapers would probably be super expensive compared to Adwords.
What is your site about? Is it just a general dating site? or are you focused on a specific niche market? like foreign brides or something?
