Topic: request limit search results

Hello it is good to have the option to limit results in searches. E.g guests can view 100 profiles and a registered member can view all profiles in search results.

yes ... but why let guest view so many profiles for free
now they don´t need to register on your site.

I try this then I start my site and not many register on my site
after that I change it so today they must register to make a search
and is redirected to the registerpage and now they register on my site smile

(but this is just my experience, I´m sure that there are different opinions on this)

Yes, different opinion, because it depends by some things.
Sometimes it's better to show some profiles to make visitors curious and convince them to register.

+ 1 for the request

Limiting profiles in search results it's useful also to not show "all" your registered members as it happens currently. E.g. I would like to show max 500 results for any search (no matter the search criteria).
