Topic: translate menu titles

I want to translate menu titles.
Do I have to create new elements in order to replace the following elements?

•    General
•    Appearance
•    Lifestyle
•    Home and Family
•    Professional Life
•    Personal

Is there a faster way to translate those titles?
I find cumbersome to recreate those elements.

(The "inside" I can translate alright, but not the titles).

Click on the right side of for example "General" where you see the icon with the pnecil. There you can change it in the first field
