Hi,
I have translated manually all email templates in my control panel but had no effect and continue to be sent emails in English.
I do not know what may be happening but it negatively affects my site. 
I expect a quick fix.

Click on 'switch format' when editing email templates to translate html version of them.

Ok, it seems that this solution works. Anyway I think that this situation should be corrected, for example, showing the version [Switch format] as the default.
