Under "Automation" there is a field for CRON URL and then "very_secret_word"...
What do you use it for?

its like a secret phrase, wich is used by the cron job automation so that it makes sure the request to run the cron job is sent by vld script and not by another user.
for example if there was no check for that lest say i could go to your site url and run the cron job each day for you.

What cron job automation does it use?
So I can select any words, e.g. aid343545jalkjdlsajladj ??

yes u can use anything.
It tells u the cron job to run too, take that line and talk to your hosting provider on how to setup the cronjob

I did not setup any cron job on my host, but I did type some secret word...
Are you saying I should just delete it since I did not set up anything on my host (VLDHosting)?
