Topic: Hot or not refresh

Has anyone tried to edit the hot or not tpl file so when a user clicks next image or votes it will just reload a new random pic and vote rather than reloading the entire site page.

I found this, where you click an image it changes to a new image, but its from preloaded images so a sort of modification to this would be great.
