Sending messages for free for standard members when the reach the limit of free messages the can also send more by using credits.
E.g standard members could send 3 messages a day for free.
If the reach the limit that day the also can send more messages the same day by using credits.
If the don't have credits the need to buy or wait for the next day or upgrade their membership.
