Topic: video upload and sharing

Give the admin the possibility to select wich member group could share or upload videos.

E.g
Regular members can only share videos (YouTube)

Paid members can share and upload videos to server.

Considered you already can set to allow or disallow videos uploading and sharing, I think this is a useless feature, meaning there are lot of other needed things which are most important than this...
