Hi vlad,,,, i wonder..is it possible

what should i do if someone wants to chat with me a popup window comes to my page and says..do you want to chat with this person...and i have to accept yes or no... if yes then the chat window opens....

This sounds more like a feature request since it's not possible by default unless you edit some PHP files.
