Is it possible to have a random photo member on home page ? if yes , how to implement it ?

You can create a plugin for it and then display it on any page you like. Actually it seems like this might be useful for other clients as well so i'll create it today smile

Your brought up a thread that is over a year old... I believe that extension still exists (you can get it in the downloads area) but is outdated. You may find a newer one in the extensions forum.
