I actually have a boonex site (www.colombianconex.com).  I worked on it for 6 months day and night, bought lots of mods and had customizations done with one of the boonex developers. I put some ungodly hours into it. I finally got the site up but was lot of work and my wife was about to kill me. I spend most of my time finding and fixing bugs. I found most of them but there are still some remaining and I just got exhausted Believe me, if you want a stable site up and running quickly do not go with boonex product. They are doing some good with especially with the new version 6.002 but even that is bug heaven and everyone on the forum is helping to fix.Its basically a community effort.   Yeah, its free but believe me you get what you pay for! It was such a freak'n headache. I would never think of integrating any of their stuff with vld. I wish vld had web cam extension because so far, my experience with vld product has been 100% better then boonex and now being spoiled with their products and service , I do not want go with any 3rd party but have no choice.

Thanks for the feedback but my friend, but believe me when I tell you. Stay clear of boonex unless you have lots of time on your hands and just doing site for fun.

Honest truth,

-Eric

You are quite right, esmith813. I've had bad experience with using boonex software too. I thought all web-soft is so buggy, code complicated and so on. But someday I meet vldPersonals and it was like a Miracle!

Okay gentlemen, so which webcam software would you seriously recommend ? I am willing to pay for the good stuff for as long as it works bug free in a vldP environment. And the webcam must work in all browsers and under all operating systems, not just MSIE and Windows, and without having to ask the user to install plugins.
