Have you worked for these companies in their marketing or PR departments or are you talking about promotion as in affiliate and associate program lead generating.
I have promoted as an affiliate and I have done so well I have made direct deals with the dating sites themselves, so not just hitting them thru xy7 - but I was not employee of any dating site to make it clear.

Id prefer to discuss it privately on a 1 on 1 basis. I certainly value this board and do not want to post a banned topic or anything to make anyone mad at me- I do own the software.
My main business is I run a web marketing company and after years of focusing on a few dating clients I am starting my own dating site. I know I can generate joins, but Im not going to post public all my secrets... but I do want to offer some basic help. If you want to hire me I can get 100-200 free members a day to any dating site.
For free tips and pointers my best suggestion to rookies is to make a good profile with lots of details and then get involved in a busy singles chat group and start chatting. If people ask for a pic send them to your profile page....
Dont spam or use bots or you will get in big trouble... The best advice is to have 1 real personality and profile and really promote it by flirting and talking in chat rooms, like AOL flirt/dating rooms. NEVER post out your link without being asked for your pic or profile... You will be amazed at the response you will get.
Also by only using 1 profile and being there live chatting you are not violating any terms or conditions of any chat service like aol or yahoo. This is key to your longevity.
