Topic: What is best........product or support?

When I think of my experience with vldPersonals, it is easy to say "great product" but to be honest, I think the support  is greater than the product itself. Yet, one can say that support makes the product what it is. Hmmm.

This is my second testimonial. The first one was after I bought 2.2.1 version. I bought another license to install 2.3.1 on another site. Again, the support was there to help me to get 2.3.1 up and running on my site the way I want.

BOTH-product and support  I was very surprised at how quick my website was up and running. I am not a computer genius but I got pretty far into the installation without help. As soon as I got stuck Vlad and his support staff were installing files  for me and answering all of my questions fast. I noticed later most of the questions I asked were already answered before in the forum silly me. In short, I am use to websites that are supportive up until you buy their product and than your on your own. Stuck with a product you may not even like. VLDPERSONALS is very supportive and I don't regret my purchase at all. My only regret is that I wish I knew about their services sooner. Think my hairs turning gray from all the stress other software/programs put me through. lol
