Is there any way to have only member's avatars displayed on the home page who have uploaded at least one picture to their gallery.

Since the home page is usually the first place a visitor sees, I'm thinking when visitors click an avatar on the home page and it says they don't have any pictures, they are less likely to join thinking the site is dead or not well maintained.

Any expert coders out there who can make it so only avatars that have at least one picture in the gallery only be displayed on the home page? I think it would help membership.
