Topic: Credit Card Problems

Hello,
I just tried to purchase a commercial license using 2checkout and the authorization failed.  I contacted my bank and they are saying the transaction was approved and the money is being held against my account.  Would you please look into and advise as soon as possible?
Thank you.

Your order didn't seem to go through. Please contact 2checkout to find out what happened with it.

Re: Credit Card Problems

Hi,
Just did. It seems like 2checkout is having a problem with processing MasterCards today.

Re: Credit Card Problems

I'll have to add to this, tried to buy using MasterCard, authorisation always failed. Not that I didn't want to.
edit; and I never had any problem using my card before

Hi Vlad, i used VISA and I struggled for 2 days remember and we had to make other payment arrangements - 2 checkout is not working - this was about 2 months ago and they had the same blooming problem.

Yea well, I could use PayPal, but that'll take a few days though.

authorisation always failed

Exactly the problem I had BIGmike - I know I had enough credit, and it was a 3 month old card, gone through the 3D secure process aswell, everything, but it failed everytime, I did go the paypal route in the end - was quick and hassle free, even if I live in South Africa and Paypal doesnt serve us, re: receiving money, but sending is quick

Hopefully they get this sorted out, they may lose clients otherwise. Not all of them visit the forum I'm sure.

Re: Credit Card Problems

If you have any problems making a payment, contact 2checkout.com and they will sort it out for you. Unfortunately it's beyond our control and the only solution would be changing a payment process, we'll look into it.
