Is it possible for me to make a page that list all my pages the same way the news all page works? I want to add a whole bunch of advice pages that are separate from the news and put one link to list of them all in my menu.

You'll need to create an extension for that or link to your pages manually.

See here on how to use extensions. Use one of existing extensions as an example (such as latest news).
