Topic: Trying the template before buying

I attempted to try a template before purchasing and had a difficult time viewing the pictures.  The entire set up was confusing.  I am wondering if this is what I have to look forward to once I purchase.  Could it be that I needed one of the software programs that it called for to view it? i.e. photoshop or something similar?  Is that how I will need to edit my site?

Not quite sure I understand, but what exactly did you have difficult with?

In case you're wondering how difficult it is to edit templates, it's rather easy but you should obviously be familiar with HTML. You don't need photoshop unless you'd like to make some graphical changes, but then again you may use some other program to edit pictures.

Re: Trying the template before buying

Well when I initially downloaded it there were a bunch of folders.  I chose the one that offered the flash.  Once that folder opened to other folders I clicked on what I thought was the page and I got words but no access to the pics.  When I right clicked to show pick I got an error page.  I am not sure if this was just a fluke because I had a hard time accessing your page yesterday afternoon.  The request kept timing out.  I will try it again today and see if I have any luck.  I will be changing the pictures on the site so I guess I will need photoshop.  I am not an html expert but I do ok and have a support network to assist if I need it.  I just didn't want to think that once I purchased this I won't be able to edit it like I want.

Still not sure what you mean. What did you download?
