Topic: Updating without losing template customizations
It would be nice to have a way to upgrade to new releases without losing the customization of existing templates. Would this be possible?

I agree 100%. I know this request has been asked before, but the longer I own vldPersonals and the more I understand the logistics of how vlad takes care of bugs, the more it is needed. If there is a bug that was fixed in a newer version, your only choice is to update because vlad team will not fix the bug in previous version. This is the 3rd (or is it 4) update I have been through and my enthusiasm keeps getting less and less for each update because of all the work you put in customizing your site that has to manually be done again when you update. I don’t know why you can’t keep your customized templates and the update only effect the core (php) files. It sure would be nice and save the customer a lot of work.
