1. Several of my members have asked for profiles to appear in a pop up box when doing a search. I've seen this on another big site and is a nice useful feature, so member does not have to make much effort to view many profiles.

2. I'd like to see a Minimum character length added to the maximum character length for "inmyownwords" on the profile/registration. I hate to see things like "Hi" and nothing else. But an option to disable for those who don't want it (maybe set to 0).
