It's not dating - and I do not use gender or birthday. I use 2.3.1 and webby2 as basis...

Well, I'm sure you can, because you can create custom pages on the fly and set permissions for them, you can also change or add your wording in the english files, so I dont actually see why you cant. I'm planning on buying another license and using it for a non-dating site, I can only see it working.
The site is very generic, so you can use it for other applications or communities or sites

Thanks a lot for your replies, guys.
I bought it (personal licence) already to play with.
And I have to admit I like it very much.
But since I am not very strong in scripts can you give me some suggests how to get rid of all those dating stuff, I mean strings like "man searching woman" in member profile, sign up form and so on, or may be you can point me to the place where I can get INFO about it.
Can I do it with admin CP?

You can control everything in the admin CP. You should first go right through each part of the cp (explore) to see what each part can do. You can disable or enable almost anything there. Check settings - custom fields - then you can edit the fields in each group, add or delete field, add or delete groups etc.
Take some time to explore everything and see what it can do

There are a lot of work is to do though but you can see what you could achieve (and even more of course) with this soft and some amount of custom works.

LogWin: I am in the process of building out my non-dating site with the application. Its a Social Network/Services Community. I can't show you just yet, but in a few weeks it will be ready and then I'll invite everyone in.
