I think there should also be another way of retrieve password.
Example, I get fired, have no access to that companies email anymore, how do I retrieve my password if I forgot it?

I don't allow members to use company or govt email address, as it is technically against their rules to use the service for private matters. Under the log in box there's a link to retrieve passwords.
Hey dragon, sure, I see your point and I know about the retrieve password link... But it doesn't help if you don't have the same email address anymore, does it?
Your email might change for any reason, like, the email provider you used went bankrupt and dont host emails anymore, anything, that was just a sample.
Still think it's more than a "Nice to have"

i doubt that it is possible to integrate a letter system.. i.e. the user who lost his/her password clicks on a button and in the background vlad is generating a new password, prints it, and sends it to the address of the user by UPS
