Well, I would have preferred to wait with my testimonial until one of my sites became a real success (plenty of members), but as my sites have been without database for more than a week, none of my sites would ever be a success without the help from Vlad!
My hosting deleted most of my database, and in the work with trying to restore it, they messed something up so one of my sites had no members at all, and another missed around 85 members. I have no experience into phpmysql, and was totally lost! After more than one week of ticket-pingpong with my hostings support, I was on my knees, desperate and frustrated; all my hard, and I mean REALLY hard work, was destroyed. Time and money spend, was gone with the wind – with my hosting.
Unfortunately I can’t have my sites hosted by Vlad, and my problems was my hosting, not my script, but…even though my problem had nothing to do with the script, Vlad helped me out.
He even updated one of my sites for me! And even though I was willing to pay for his help, he did it for free! I have lost members and data on one of my three sites, but without the help from Vlad, I would have lost all members on my oldest site.
I do not know anything about php and html, but after I purchased my first vldpersonals script nearly one year ago, I was in love; playing with the script was so fun, and with this exceptional forum here, where members help members and the supportteam also help us, I made lots of costumizing. The more I played with the files, the more I understood and learned. I have discovered a whole new “world” through the vld-files, even though, I have never touched a file like those before and even though my English is rather bad. Of cause I purchased one script more (and got another as a gift from a member here)…
Whenever I had problems and contacted the support-team, I had a quick and easy answer, but after my problems with my hosting, I knew that this would be beyond a service I could expect from the team.
I was wrong!
Vlad saved my day, my week, my database, my mood and my sites!
