I had problems installing the software, this team had it set up within 4 hours after I sent a request by email for them to install it on my site.
By the way, it took 14 hours to my webhosting provider to just answer me they would need another request about support with more information about the software. They couldn't help me with the error message I was getting tryin to access the install.php file.
Once again, just a great service these people give.
