Topic: Thank you , for all the GREAT help.

I must say I had my doughts when I first started this project. But as I work more on the site and  try my best to sort things out , ( with the help of the forum ) as well as the search. I am getting the hang of it.
I would really recomend this to my friends.

The helpdesk has also been fast and effective , with friendly service.
Still have much to learn but time will deal with that.

I used this not as a personals site, but more for all the other options.

I am very surprised to hear posts like this.  i have had nothing but problems and treated crappy after i bought the software.  i am still trying to get my forum intergrated with no help whats so ever from the forum.  in fact, I have read four different directions that tell you to do it different ways.  when i do get a response about a question i had submitted the response is about how to follow the guidelines when posting stuff and not much about the problem at hand.  i can't figure out how to get this stupid forum intergrated but i am now an expert as to all the forums rules and regulations.  i know i am not an expert but i do know basic html, etc.  There are a lot of holes in some of the tutorials.  The original forum tutorial says nothing about creating a forum.tpl file, who the heck would know that this file is needed?  anyway, it's nice to hear your experience was good.

If you have an issue with some of the tutorials you need to be specific about what the problem is. Note that official tutorials don't describe how to embed a forum into your site (which I assume is what you're trying to do since you mentioned forum.tpl file). You're expected to be familiar with certain things if you're doing stuff like that as we don't really support it.
