Hi Guys, Happy New Year!
I have paid for the commercial license + branding modification. Unfortunately due to issue with 2CO - my license was not generated. I have posted support ticket - can you please generate my license and activate the software download links?

hmmm, did you check your download area to see if the license was posted. That is where my license number is at.
Yup. I have checked out. The problem is that after completion of the payment 2CO got some error and could not pass information back to the merchant (vldPersonals) server. Now, in my downloads area I am still getting "It looks like you have not purchased any licenses yet. Would you like to get one now?" message. 
Anyone can help?

Hmmm, if you were charged, then you would receive a payment statement from 2CO.
Forward those details on to VLD
We had to process it manually due to payment via paypal. Holidays + manual processing = delay.
