Well y would need to have the control and know when members move from a city to another and change that in their control panel that I would receive a notification. I know it is possible somehow but I don't know how. Thanks.

Right now you can't even get notifications when a user changes text in their profile, which I think is WAY more critical, e.g. inserting URLs. No way I can think of to do this easily.
And I thought I was the only one trying to solve that problem, hehehe. Thanks for answering.
Goto admin control panel
Select » Settings
Select » Member modules
Select » Profiles
Tick "Deactivate profile on update"
This will allow you to check.

Is there still not a way to get a notification when a member updates their profile?
The problem with "Deactivate profile on update" is that every time a member update their profile, they immediately get logged out and can't log back in until an admin re-activate their account. It's too annoying.
It should just hide their profile so other members can't view it until it's reactivated.
Now that would be less annoying and much more usable. Is it possible to do that?
