is it possible to create a county-list of all user like u see at the image (http://yfrog.com/htlaenderlistep).
so the user can search some "friends" in the neighbourhood...

+ Continent (Europa)
  + Country (Germany)
     + State (Nordrhein-Westfalen)
       + City (Essen)
