Topic: Using Clickbank?

Ok, what if you plan to offer a one-time fee -- would using Clickbank work?

If they want to sign up to create a profile, they have to pay a certain amount...and the 'Thank You' page will be a link to the registration.

Anyone here used CB for vldPersonals?

Hey thats not a bad idea. I have promoted clickbank products before as an affiliate but never been the advertiser. This could be a good way of building members fast? Especially if you offer a good cut to affiliates.
Say you 1 time membership fee is $99 you give 50% to the affiliate theres near $50 for them so they will go to all kinds of lengths to promote the site which will = a lot of visitors?

Great idea I think it will work. I think you could even offer recurring fee aswell. So you could have like 3monthly or 6monthly?

I also would like others opinioins on this.

Ya, dating is a huge niche for affiliate marketers.

A lot of paid CPA dating offers pay you like $1 (for sign up) or $15 (per sale).

With 100k+ affiliates on CB, I can offer 75% commission of $59 on a dating site -- and I'm sure tons of affiliate will promote it. It will be a one-time fee.

I can do recurring, but then I need a special script that disable their account if they cancel using Clickbank.

Only downside is, CB has a 56-day refund policy, and I would hate for them to refund within those 56 days but continue to use the site.

The plus side is CB has the highest number of affiliates.

Bump.  I'm looking into using clickbank to promote my sight but I'm not sure how I would integrate the pitch page and payments?  Anyone figure it out?
