Mods for vldPersonals?
There is no organization for them - they are scattered through this forum and over on http://www.vldcrowd.com/.
On here, search for the posts that are something like "50 tips to make your site look better", then head on over to vldCrowd and browse through the blogs.
There are two on self promotion
Many people will answer your questions and give directions if you get stuck.

I started a site for you vldmods.com
but it seems that someone not wants to upload their mods there ...
and I don´t know why ... the idea was ... collect all mods in one place.

i was thinking in a forum for vld too, with mods, trades, sales, stuff like that, where is somewhat not restrictive to talk to other users

That's what gugu started his site vldmods for - we just need to pull our fingers out, and support him and each other by posting our stuff there, rather than all over the place.
