Topic: chat permissions

Tried to find this issue in search last week but could not.

I have a group "Newly Registered" with limited permissions.

Under "private messaging preferences" I click "Yes" for "Can send quick messages" and for "Can send private messages" and "Can reply to private messages" I checked the group "Admin" only.

Since they are chating with everyone I must have it wrong. do i need to check "no" for "Can send quick messages " to block chat?

chat should be under messaging, thats for private messages and quick messages and not chat

Thank you I found the settings for "Can chat with other members " and have "admin" checked only. Yet this "Newly Registered" group is chatting with everyone and sending porn site invites. Is this a bug?
