Topic: Couple of changes?

Hello everyone again,

I was wondering how to change some of the content on my site.
Where it says, Popular Members, I want to change that say something different. This is with new members and latest news on the homepage.

Also, I want to see if I can make the thumbnails on the homepage larger. I know this involves tampering with the CSS file, but what exactly needs to be done?
