I am wondering when new version comes out, are all languages in downloads area updated or only English?

I must know that because I am working on some international project...

i downloaded the language packs from the downloads area and i can say they are NOT updated

This is my opinion on the languages:

The system should automaticly go to the english translation if an other translation is not existing, instead of showing 'unknown field'
