My country don't have any credit cards or paypal payment methods.
I plan to put the bank details for them to pay. Now when they finish paying how can i upgrade their
status to paid member since they wouldn't be able to sign in automatically after they pay?
you wil have to do that manually,
try something like this:
when they pay by bank, i`m sure they have a field when sending the money to put some extra data, have them write there their website username
then when u see the money u can view their username and upgrade them manually from admin pannel

I think that I have better idea. It can be hard to manually add members to "paid" members group if you have a lot of transactions daily. So,
1. Go to the bank and and create foreign currency account.
2. Visit 2checkout.com, create profile there and link it with your foreign currency account
3. connect your vldpersonals site with your 2checkout account (2co is integrated)
4. start collecting money, script will automaticaly add members to "paid" after purchase is completed
When you get some money in your 2co account, simply move it to your foreign currency account, go to the bank and take your money.
Sounds like an idea...

I wrote "foreign currency account" because in my site I get payments from all over the world.
Don`t know if it is possible to use other kind of accounts.
