Topic: Incorporate or not?

Greetings to all! I'm about to purchase the commercial license and am wondering if it makes sense to form a media company first and incorporate it? Quite frankly, I don't really want to go thru the hassle and expense of doing this, but i don't relish the prospect of getting personally sued either...

Your thoughts?

No reason to get sued - I've been running a dating site for almost 10 years and never had a problem, but you do need to monitor the site and deal quickly with scammers and spammers, and any other nasty characters. Make sure you write a good "Terms of Use" page.
