As a previously horrified customer of other "ready made" scripts out there, I did wonder if I was making the same mistake twice by buying yours. Clearly I WAS WRONG.

Within LITERALLY 30 minutes of my purchase, vldPersonals is installed and running PERFECTLY on my dedicated server.

Your script automatically adapted to my use of a temporary web address, having not purchased the domain name until now, it also coped with my mistake in applying the wrong CHMOD to a folder, automatically correcting my error.

Your control panel is a pleasure to use, I'm thinking it may be based or modified from Kayako (don't feel obliged to answer - just a feeling) but in any case, a great job.

I am looking forward to getting to grips with this script but frankly, even if it all went tits up from here, I would still consider this the best 200 bucks I've ever spent online.

Thank you very much.  I am thoroughly enjoying this script.  Fantasticly easy to use.  I paid over a 1000 for an auction script recently that wasn't even 5% as good as this one.
