I'd drop the affiliate links to competing adult sites - you want your people to stay with you, not get sidetracked and wander off somewhere else.

I agree keep the links your making money..., if people are joining and have no requests, they must like the site, so just leave it and promote. But if you want to make improvements, I would certainly install a copy of your site as test site so it don't interfere with any improvements you may want to make. once finished then you just apply the changes to your active site.
One question I have where did you find the adult affiliate link program, I would like to put some on my site as well....

Really the truth is this: go to Google and search for adult affiliates and find the one that interests you (Please don't follow what people tell you) go to real affiliate companies and see if you like there offer, If you do try them out i went through 10 different companies before i found the ones i like
