Why would you pay less money for the unlimited license? Unless there's a promotion, you'll pay the same amount as everyone else.

No, the unlimited commercial license is an "addon" and is not a replacement for your licenses. You buy it on top of what you have. However since you have 2 licenses, you'll be able to resell one of them to get some of your money back.
