If admin user block some members, and someone block him -> admin cant post on his blogs.
As admin, I should be able to do like - everything instead of his block.
I dont know, but i guess its also with messages and rest

Why would Admin be blocking members? Admin is there to administrate the whole site and its counter-productive for admin to be blocking members.

well, sometimes me as admin get spammed by other members. i have 2 admin accs, one for official warnings and helpdesk and one more like personal and overview account.
thing is that i blocked few members who "flert" with main admin acc and spamm me with chat or messages. since i dont have time either willing, i blocked them.
however, later i noticed thay need to be asssigned warning and i couldnt do it while they were blocked.
but whatever my reason was, admin should override all that.

If you are "spammed" by other members, just delete their account.
If you are just annoyed by some users, just ignore them.
Let's ask for someting really useful, because each addition require lot of work by Vlad.
