Topic: How to integrate an external template to VLD

Hi,

I have another dumb question, which is:

How can you integrate an external template from monstertemplate or over here: http://www.vldpersonals.com/services/design/ with VLD software ?

If you look at the templates, they have a different look and different features, but how can I integrate that with VLD?
So all the vld features will be visable and active ?

Can someone please tell me how I can do this ??

You'll need to edit template files to do that and obviously be familiar with HTML.

Exactly.  You can't 'integrate' it.
You have to edit the monstertemplate to fit the VLD template system, and for that you need to be familiar with HTML & CSS.

There are some free schools on internet for HTML/CSS

Hi Munster,

I did not try that, but I think it will be easier the other round... Take a simple free template from vld and edit it with parts form the one you bought. Anyway, you will always need to work with HTML, CSS,...

Yes agree, first off you need to known basic html and css, that way you can modify it to suit your needs.
If you don't know these coding languages it is okay they are very simple to learn. Get stuck in!

I will soon have a guide on vldmods how to do it ...
so follow me on vldmods and learn how to edit change customize templates
for vldPersonals. ( But you need to have some knowledge for html css ... )

be sure of it is not easy to make another templates working for vldPersonals !
