Topic: Where should I build and test social site?
As a web designer, I don't usually deliver final webpages until client's balance paid in full. I usually display/test webpages on my own site. How easy will it be to transfer this type of site to from one host to another? Or what would you recommend for building and testing a dynamic site like this?
