The page you are looking at has the prices of each template on it. They should work immediately on downloading but you will have to activate from within the CP. The software comes with a number of free templates too which you can see at http://www.vldpersonals.com/downloads/templates

Not quite. Templates listed on the 'services - design' page require integration to work with vldPersonals as it's mentioned on the page itself.
