I love Vlad. Your code is clean, well thought out and not over bloated like all the other software out there. My only complaint would be that you might want to consider providing 24/7 live chat support via a 3rd party company.

This script is an AMAZING foundation if you have knowledge of php / mysql or want to make life easier on devs you'd like to hire.

I'd also like to see better support for forum integration as I believe there are bugs with user mapping in the latest version of phpbb3 3.0.8. Perhaps a bug reporting portal like jira, etc.

Other than that I love your code. One question though...did you use kayako as a basis for the backend CP and template management? Looks awfully familiar.
